Harvest Festival 2023

October 21, 2023

This year's event was cancelled due to the weather conditions - we hope to see you all next year on the 3rd Saturday in October!

The Rotary Frazee House committee and the Township of Scotch Plains will host the annual Harvest Festival at the Frazee Farmstead on Saturday October 21, 2023.  Activities included live music, games, pony rides, a petting zoo, food trucks, pumpkin tossing, a haunted trail and the Great Pumpkin Patch. Additionally, the Frazee House will participate in Union County’s annual “Four Centuries in a Weekend,” on October 21 and 22. The county Board of Chosen Freeholders sponsors coordinated open houses that weekend at more than 50 sites all over the county — homes, museums, trails, cemeteries and parks — of which the Frazee site is one of the oldest.  History buffs can note that the Frazee House is one of the stops on the Battle of Short Hills Historic Trail as well as being renowned for the legendary confrontation between General Cornwallis and Aunt Betty Frazee.
